On time Salary even without task done by employee. in other words salary given based on attendance which was decided during joining. No Heavy Workpressure.

Dislikes

No Promotion even 20-30 years job, may be one by mistakes. No Canteen. No Employee Focuses such as Fan, Cooler, AC, Computer, Chairs, sitting arrangement. No rights for employees such as 0 Personal Gate pass, 6 day working, poor environment. staffs are highly unskilled such as 10th pass, 12 pass, ITI pass or BA/B.Com. No Training programs for employee. No learning only earning on time (1st week every month. Bike conveyance 1.5 rs / km, for car 4 rs / km

50% salary cut, many engineers are unemployed.

Dislikes

Working cultures are very bad. Working time is not fix.. Everyday 12-14 hours working in development department. Department head is very bad no manners no common sense.
