There is a lot of politics management doesn't address our issues , salary is very poor for btech candidates only 9500 per months including overtime , and no career growth because Plant Head don'T want

All the thing are perfect in industry like culture, time table, job security and the most important salary on time. My opinion it's good

Canteen facility not available. All staff member doing his lunch in offices.

Job secure and good policies for permanent employee by company.

Salary is decent but career growth is too slow. There is politics every where, if there you have good or higher position reference there then no matter You do work or not.
