Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Good work environment and safe and secure. Co workers and team mates are supportive and the management is excellent. Company polices are good and helpful for a beginner and they give good attractive salary hike and bonus every year.

...career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees salary cutting without any enquiries
