There's a lot to learn, the salary is better than other companies. 5 days a week working culture, although you might have to work on weekends too if the work gets too hectic. Kalpana Ma'am is an amazing leader to work under. Everybody is friendly and helpful.

No work from home policy even if you're sick. I feel that work here sometimes get tok stagnant, or there are days where there is no work at all.

...ars an employee has spent in the company. This was simply a huge discrimination. Employees were laid off without any intimation or salary. I would strongly recommend anyone not to join the company, there is no growth, no opportunity, no benefit at all.

Most importantly, salary slip which is the sole right of the employee and a must to be shared by the company is not been provided too. On asked for a salary slip the management refuses to share it with the employees.

No job security. No salary growth. No chance of learn new things. Have to work at night till 2am or 3am. No incentive. No compensation for work on holyday. Company apply different policies for mumbai staff & Delhi staff. They use sandwich leave policy.

मेरी लाइफ की सबसे बेकार कम्पनी है इम्पेक्ट कम्युनिकेशन pvt Ltd , न तनख्वाह टाइम पर मिलती है न जॉब की कोई सिक्योरिटी है, कितना भी काम कर लो कम्पनी वालों को कम ही लगता है, कोई मत फंसना इनके चंगुल में, मेने जॉब छोड़ दी है तो अब मेरी तनख्वाह न देने की कह रहे हैं, काम करवा लिया अब तनख्वाह नहीं देंगे बचे हुए 1 महीने की.....

This company is a cheater company not paid salary at time and also after resignation there is no settlement system also the seniors are not responsive and company month to months salary and expenses are hold for a long time of period if you resign from this trap they will not pay you
