Extremely toxic work culture, managers Don't know how to manage the team and divide the work properly, no appreciation for your hard work and dedication. Work life balance is complete devastated. At time of interview they say we may have to come a few Saturday or Sunday but you'll be coming every weekend and not be given any compensatory off in weekdays. You'll lose all your previous skills from your last jobs and gain no useful skills here. You'll be treated as a labour and won't be given any decent incriment. Don't join this company at all.

Company have good potential but their approach and manager are from academic background,not have industrial experience and understanding.

Dislikes

Not good company culture, old employee spoil company and don't allow to new knowledgeable employees to implement new ideas and systems. Old employee do harass new employees. Don't recommend experience employee ( senior or mid) as they don't respect your knowledge and experience and old team become insecure and work against you and don't allow you to function properly. No GMP and GLP practice followed. Contamination issues are frequent in manufacturing, No challanges to them as free pass given to them from Indian regulatory agency and goverment. Their manager don't act professionally and speak nonsense, do bias and support lies and support only old team. Too much bias.
