...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Inefficient managers.. Their quality is not up to the market standard.. If they move out, they can't even earn half of the salary they get within the organisation. They too promote and motivate their relatives and people who serve them personally. Very very biased.

An excellent work culture environment and at the same time management team nurture well the members in their respective field. Teammates and Managers are supportive in balancing the work-life.

Dislikes

Career upgrade skills need to implement and reading hours to introduce in the company.

No proper kT / training. At some point you will realize only manager/ leads have full access. Your role is just to work no proper planning and group discussion

Not a good environment for working or learning you only higher to do work give output unless you do what ever you want no proper support

Worst work life balance, management work like politician, you may get fired anytime, some managers fire you to went thier anger or if they disagree with you
