The work culture and the unparliamentary words that managers causally uses in meetings that happen every morning ...The illogical imposing of work load on a person....Poor internal systems and processes...Lack of responsibility that s prevailing among people that is so normal here ..Few managers discuss about their team mates in a most negative way that they can create a a bad impression on that person in the organization.
