The company is really very nice , Best part is Salary is on time . There are very good incentives plan , but they dont give the incentives for what we are qualified for . They will try to deduct your incentive amount , like there was a typing error . This was a forced sale , We work for sales process , ofcourse some of the Customers irrated , but than also they want representative should end the call in a good manner . From our side its alway in a good manner , but even they dont want CX to be irrated even if he dont have any problem. If you make that sale , That sale will not count in you . This is how they deduct your incentives . And the quality parameters they want its really shocking . If you have to maintain the parameters than sales is very hard . So in a day you can make sales but only 2 to 3 sales . The way they want . Everytime they will call you and let you know . Why are you doing this on call . But the Quality people also cant make a single sale , and they accept for us 😂🤣. While giving the the incentives this company cry too much . I have been working over here in this company from almost 3 years . Salaries is on time you will not face and issues about salary . But you wont get any incentives on time , but you will get it . When they are comfortable giving it . After All its a sales process , So every company is strict about the sales . Even this company . But anybody likes working with this environment . Its really cool on the floor . Everybody are supportive on the floor . Over here if you guys got to know , how sales are made in this company you guys will rock it . My experience about the sales in this company is really very good . any have never face any problems about the sales in this company . But Than also quality people will call you . And demotivate you . When you will get the quality feedback . So after that time you wont be able to confident enough to make sales . Quality people are itself demotivating it.

...man Resources , its completely my experience , sabka alag alag ho sakta hai . If you want salary slips they will say you to mail on their company mail , so that we can send you . But they will never reply on the mail . Every week I am calling to the HR department for my salary slips . In weeks 3 to 4 times . On call they will assure you you will get it . But they will never send it . And finally today I got my salary slips after 5 weeks . So HR department is too lazy you can say . If you any documents they will ask you to come on time . I ask to HR plz I need this documents of mine from you . She told me that come on time , otherwise we our busy . So you wont get on that time . Its just they have to give me the documents in my hands . But they want me to come on the time which they want by 3 pm . I said i will come by 5 pm plz give me . HR head said no we would be busy . So the main point is if you left the company , they will not entertainment you . Its been now 10 days I left the company . They are not responding me .

Salary was very good here and we also got nice amount of incentives but the work pressure and the timing was not that good. And i would say it was a scam done on U.S. citizens so if you want good amount of salary and incentives then only go.

This company has been exposed on a very big YouTube channel named "Jim Browning". This is a company that does scams in Western countries. It's a very evil company and does not leave even elder members no matter how much they beg. Just search for the video, "They want you to MISDIAL" on youtube and you will be shocked.

The company is one of the worst to work they are running scam process doing scam and they change their protocol every single day deduct 3 days salary if you are absent for 1 day hr are more worst they are not going to give any experience letter even after leaving the company overall I will not even my enemy to join this company

It has good working culture and you can learn a lot of things from here. Your point of view on issues or plans are taken into consideration and also implemented if it ends up as a good one. The seniors help a lot in the growth. The directors of the company are also so humble they try to help you if you face any issue.
