They are quite honest when it comes to devising salary with respect for employees from bigger MNCs. However the training department where I joined and pursued to take up to a structured L&D structure was hindered midway by my manager who heads L&D but have no knowledge of an L&D structure practically. He is more of a saintly visionary planning with some trainers who are good in appreciating him. You get some accolades if you are a part of operations headed by some lovely people like Anupam Saha and Rajdeep Bhattacharya, talented managers like Arnab, Monalisa and Vijitha.

Salary on time. Office culture. Very friendly. Other projects are too good apart from GFM.

Dislikes

If you get selected for GFM project, straight away say NO to them. That's the most worst project out there. IMerit is a very good company but due to this project people are leaving this company and due to which company's name is getting affected.

Dislikes

We are not satisfied with salary and promotions and appraisal. Mangement need to increase basic salary to freshers. After the experience also they raised salary only minimal quantity.
