No growth promotion amount is the one-time cab booking value people have been working for more than 6-7 years but they have less than 20k at ITES and Sr ITES levels. complete politics Fake promise for high promotion when you say for resign. No skill development. bonus amount is very low.

We are not satisfied with salary and promotions and appraisal. Mangement need to increase basic salary to freshers. After the experience also they raised salary only minimal quantity.
