...ced me to sign a bond for 3 years after completion of my 8months in the company. Now I release from this company with her permission with given my 2 months of salary. Still after 45 days when I reach out to HR to release me with all documents. She demanded 1.54lakh aas per the bond. It was never discussed at the time of exis. She easily given me permission to exist. Now she asking money then only I will get my experience letter. Worst experience ever. Better think your time which your are giving this company. You will get money but HR will give you unbeatable mental stress at the time of release.

Think once before joining. Because HR thinks they are owner of this company. Any rules they can create and trap you.

The Company used to be good during my initial phase of the joining. There used to be good hikes that used to increase progressively with our yearly performance.

At this point IMEG is the company that is treating the Employee the worst. Employee Friendly culture is replaced by Employer Friendly. Seniors are no longer required and in term all the Senior employees were given with the least appraisal which we haven’t seen that worst in IMEG. The growth is limited and as well the opportunities and hikes. Their intention is very clear that they no longer needed the valued and knowledgeable Seniors. Monopoly Management. No outings No activities.

My company is excellent for starting your career. Employees having friendly nature. Working and learning experience was best. Year ending games, DJ night with dinner, Movie time, Ganesh celebration for 5 days, christmas and new year celebration, outing once a year (Picnic) etc. VP's yearly once and bounces for every 3 month. No tension for workloads.

This company is an excellent starting point for beginners. It has a good culture and offers valuable experience to kickstart your career. The training provides a great learning experience. The work environment is very good. We have enjoyable activities to have fun and relax.
