In terms of salaries they always pay on time without any delay They allow staff to use the kitchen at their will No shortage of water and electricity AC can be used at the will of the staffs.. They provide medicine for when one is feeling Minor sick When it's serious you can spend some money to get proper treatment

Over population in one room as eleven people can be choked up in a single room.
