Nothing to like about IMCD as an organisation after new management.

Dislikes

1. New management politics. 2. Insecurity of Job. 3. No proper increment. 4. Worst work-life balance. 5. Toxic environment. 6. Useless behaviours of management towards employees. 7. No support from reporting managers. 8. Hell to work with IMCD India. 9. Worst approach for employees. 10. Employees are forced to resign. 11. HR department is just to say no actions from HR dept if employees gives complaints. 12. Do not suggest or recommend to any new job seeker to apply in IMCD India.
