I like only thing about Imast is they need no qualification to appoint you and never ask about your work progress till u enquire about your salary disbursal. As we receive our 1 month salary in every 2 or 3 months. I had the worse experience in the company. I still have to get lockdown balance payment.

...believe this ..do join this company you will feel this from the very first day . No culture no ethics , the higher authority don't even respect their employees and are capable to change the whole team in one day , they don't have feelings , salary also never comes on time it took 45 days or more to be credited that's it from my side ..

What I really like about working at IMAST is the positive and collaborative atmosphere, the work environment is supportive, and I’m fortunate to be part of team that’s always willing to help each other grow, There not much unnecessary pressure, which allow us to stay focused and productive, overall it’s great place to learn, contribute and grow professionally.

Dislikes

While IMAST Operations has many positives, like any other organisation, there are areas that could be improved, one area I feel could be enhanced is more streamlined internal communication across department. Addressing this would further strengthen the overall work environment and efficiency.
