Work culture is good, ceo and MD are very good and approachable. Targets are there but they don't put too much pressure.

Salary can be paid in account rather than in cheque Id card should be offered CRM should come in place of Excel Mails should be through company I'd rather than Gmail Team outing and health insurance is required Apart from that all is fine

Didn't give the incentives of 2019 and 2020 which was part of offer letter and it was almost amount of nearly 1 lakh inspite of requesting for the same after leaving the job no response on it.

It is one of the worst companies to work for. There is no opportunity for learning or growth except for the rubbish Gyan the MD gives. Salaries are not paid on time and incentives are pending for more than 2 years. Office politics is the only entertainment. Company runs on MD and his wife's whims.

Absolutely nothing. Company is run by Housekeeping staff. Employees are not trusted. Housekeeping staff is asked to keep eye on employees.
