Very very very bad MANAGEMENT TEAM AND CEO, THEY ALL ARE FOOLING MD SIR. THEY'RE HIRING WITH HIGH PACKAGE THEN TBEY WILL FIRE WITHOUT INFORMING YOU AND SAYING THAT IN OUR COMPANY NO ONE IS READY TO WORK.

In this company, role and responsibilities are mess. HR staffs are handling sales. While salespeople are tasked with HR duties. If you are hired for a specific position, don’t be surprised if you are assigned unrelated task where you will struggle to make an impact. Any initiative or effort you put in is likely to be undetermined by others. Facilities are lacking and the integrity of team is questionable, many of them are dishonest. Even the gatekeeper and office assistance may feel entitled to question your work often making Comments. Unfortunately you can’t cant do anything, as these individuals are long time friend’s of the CEO Sunil Gokhale. Some of being colleague of 15-20 years creating an environment where favouritism runs rampant. CEO has zero understanding of medical field and appears to be squandering the resources of Managing Director Vishal Jain. His decision making process resemble a casual chat at a cafe, where he is easily swayed by opinions of inner circles, choosing to appease rather than making informed choices. His lack of knowledge is especially embarrassing during international events or client meetings, where his incompetence become glaringly obvious. Before you consider joining the organisation, we are aware of this serious red flags.
