The most balanced work life balance till now I got here while working with IMA PG. Salary and incentives+bonus are well on time and follow a very transparent regime. Salary is okay, I won't compare it with IT or Telecom industry. Peer-to-Peer co-ordination is perfect. Company handles the niche clientele. Regular training programs were introduced and if any individual wants to spend some more time on shop floor, he's welcomed. And being a sales person, environment is very congenial.

...ment is transparent. Company policies are fair, twice a year they do appraisals. They give good salary hike and bonus.

Dislikes

Nothing except the career growth is sluggish. When it comes to promotions they take lot of time.

...ally fantastic as team mates are good excluding sweet talkers as said earlier. Appraisals are just formalities as appraisals doesnt decide the salary hikes. The payscale given by company is not that much as compared to competetors.

Good organization for work and learn new automation technology. having familiar culture and very supportive company. Got chance to travel abroad like Europe, Africa.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but very slow growth. work pressure is high any time customer call even night. salary revision is not good.

It was a great experience to work with IMA PG. My stint gave me tremendous learning of running business. There is lot of freedom to operate. Company encourages employees to work like entrepreneur and take risks .
