*Family run business with so much internal conflicts *zero work life balance. They make you work till late nights *no respect from seniors *puppet hr *people get fired for small reasons and they hold salaries and settlement

Basically it's a excellent 5s culture company in IM GEARS. Then I was learned basics in quality department. How to behave supervisor. managers. Many thing learned. It's a great 5s company. Good management. IMG GEARS owner is a real hero. He's did excellent achievement in he's life. He is my god.
