I want to say thank you to ILP because through them I have been able to improve my skills. it was a wonderful experience for me. I liked the most in ILP Overseas is the Masterclasses this organization provides which is really very helpful to upgrade and improve someone. This is the best thing I like in this internship

The company gives you real time practical knowledge, which is very beneficial for an intern to enter in the corporate world. A must do internship at ILP. The mentors are great and v. Supportive. This is basically a learning platform which provide you stipend based on your performance.

Real time work experience in HR filed. Good Experience in Job boards posting in job boards, and build a good communication skills.

In myself no. But this is an internship for stipend gives only performance based.
