Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

I appreciate the opportunity to work with some dedicated colleagues.

Dislikes

My time at ILM Educational Trust has been far from what I expected. The behavior among management leaves much to be desired. The lack of professionalism and communication has created a challenging work environment. Moreover, the compensation and benefits are well below industry standards, making it difficult to make ends meet. The absence of incentives and professional development opportunities is disheartening.
