... about the technicalities of the project. 2. No compensation in terms of bonus. Salary is the only thing you get here 3. Retention rate is very low so new team members have no clue about the project when asked for guidance

...y facilities (group insurance is there- but now it WFH- which becomes useless) Rest no any other facilities- you work and get pay

... well if works comes(which come all Saturday's) ...as indore office is working.. without any pay of comboff. ( Audit is really required for this company on its rules)

...Night shifts. Sometimes either required, then only we need to work in Day shift. We are receiving all allowances other than salary. There are 2 week offs as well as National Holidays also in this organization only as compared to all other organizations in this entire country 'INDIA.' There are many events such as sports tournament, cultural activities, annual program, etc in the organization. This is a best growing and entirely e-commerce company in the WORLD.

... the leadership without any hesitation. All ideas are welcomed and acknowledged. The salary is always paid on time. The work here is very diverse and require not just technical skills but also logical thinking. Everyday you are challenged to think something fresh to make the current processes smoother.

Dislikes

As most of us are working from home, there should be some more employee-employee arrangements made, to enjoy the time spent here at Iksula. Apart from this, team outings are something that doesn't happen. Some more engagement with other team members apart from everyday work is most welcomed.

Dislikes

No extra perks or any additional employee benefits. Since it's a 15-year-old company there should be some additional facilities/ benefits provided to employees. (Like team outings, gymnasium/ indoor sports, free transport or food coupons, etc)
