Very good work environment and culture teamates are supportive and the managment is transparent l.there are big n hige cafeteria and garden .company policies are good,good salaru hike and bonus every year

There are lot of politics and managment .salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Incentives provided on quarterly basis is a plus point, Job security is good. If your are lucky there will be low job pressure and good work life balance.

The salary is too low for freshers, does not make any sense.

If you are ready to drink, dance, and go out for parties with the mid-level to senior management, then all is well. Although they do have a strict Posch rule, in which I had complained about someone, soon to get cornered and lack of opportunities, unnecessary work extensions, leading me to resign out of compulsion and compel to leave.

Have a nice environment to work with and to start a career with is a good company . I enjoying working here make good frnds.

It's has less salary and late promotion and less appraisal are the issue which was not on time I hope they make a good plan for future to make it on time.

If process is closed, they don't remove you and move to another division where they need people.

Dislikes

Salary process delay. Gets credited on 1st instead of last working day and if 1st is a holiday then next working day.
