Worst Organisation. It feels like you are going to College life. No professionalism. Lots of politics in oraganisation.

Associate has no Value in this Organisation. No salary growth. One Incident happened one of Team Leader of WellMed Process doing cheap thing with Female employee and he Get caught but because of he is TL the Incident get Closed No further action taken by the Authorities. And same thing Was done was Associate he get Fired from Authority . Which Kind of Rule Is this team leaders are Chamchas of Directors.

the company atmosphere is fun and jovial, unlike few jobs which make you feel robotic. the trick is to finish your work quickly and efficiently, in which case you can have time to relax or learn new things

you can't expect a salary hike until it's too long. even when you're resigning, they do everything they can to stop you but wouldn't raise your pay
