Salary process delay. Gets credited on 1st instead of last working day and if 1st is a holiday then next working day.

The company work culture is good, the emplyes are recent graduate student it good to interact with new people.

You can't say it s like dislike but however u have to admit it that the salary and promotions are quite not upto the mark as policies are very much complicated they says in polices we are eligible for promotion but while after applying says you are not eligible,feels disappointment.

speaking of work culture and harmony among colleagues, this company is undoubtedly one of the best places to work at, considering the frequent events and activities hosted by the management for the employees.

It is impractical to even expect fair incentives and bonus, despite your hard work; no matter what they say.

Really i like Iks culture and this is good work space to freshers And Im very proud to say that im from IKS THANKS A LOT IKS for guiding me...... From the scratch in every scenario.....

The only thing is package Remaining that all are good.

They are firing people during lock down. No help to the employees. They forced to work from office. Employee health is not a matter to them.

Dislikes

...etween the management. No coordination between the members. No Employee benefit. Salary deductions. Terminations. Very poor success rate in completion of projects.
