Work culture is positive, I have learn a lot while working in IKS. Is a good start for career but for salary you have to compromise.

Salary hike is less and to get promoted we have to wait for 17 months

If you’re desperate for a job that pays on time IKS is a good company. Apart from that if you want career progress and increments then it is all political and this company is not at all worth it. And don’t even get me started on bonuses and extra allowances

Apart from timely payment of salary and incentives i feel IKS needs to have a huge scooe for improvement.

If you are ready to drink, dance, and go out for parties with the mid-level to senior management, then all is well. Although they do have a strict Posch rule, in which I had complained about someone, soon to get cornered and lack of opportunities, unnecessary work extensions, leading me to resign out of compulsion and compel to leave.

-Worst egoistic Quality manager and her team leaders -they provide very less Salary for freshers and on the name of benefits they provide nothing. - as per record 5 workings days in week, but they called employees forcefully for the weekend and in return employees got comp off. And the comp off date decide the manager.

Transport service lacks air conditioning, uncomfortable in summer. Poor transport management. Instances of rude behavior from management. Feedback often seems ignored by HR. Inconsistent communication from leadership. High-pressure environment with tight deadlines. Limited decision-making freedom. Lack of recognition for hard work. Overly critical performance reviews. Insufficient response to employee concerns. Micromanagement issues. Lack of career advancement opportunities. Inefficient internal processes. Inadequate workspace ergonomics. Limited work-life balance. Unclear job expectations. Poor handling of employee grievances. Limited transparency in decision-making. Minimal employee input in strategic decisions.
