The company is open to innovative and readily adopts latest technology.plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. i also like the employee re hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is not good. growth is also slow. the work pessure is high. managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, thats why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. also, there is no on job training for freshers, so seniors folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes. they didt provide any facilities here.
