Poor HR Practices, Unfair Taxation Process, and Inefficient Management Policies I had a very unpleasant experience with multiple aspects of the company: 1. HR Department: The HR team is extremely unresponsive and unprofessional. Communication is slow, and they often fail to address employee concerns in a timely manner. There's a lack of clarity around roles and expectations, and the HR processes feel disorganized. 2. Taxation Department: The taxation department is poorly managed. There’s minimal support in understanding tax-related deductions, and they fail to provide timely information or guidance, leading to confusion and errors in tax filing. They seem completely indifferent to employees' financial concerns, which is frustrating. 3. Management Policies: The management policies are outdated and inefficient. There’s a lack of transparency, and major decisions are often made without considering employee feedback. Employees are treated as replaceable resources, which creates a toxic atmosphere. There's also no real emphasis on work-life balance or fostering a healthy work environment. 4. Exit Policy: The exit process is a nightmare. The company has an overly complicated and delayed exit policy. They don't respect employees' time and often make the process unnecessarily lengthy and stressful. The lack of proper communication or support during the exit process adds to the frustration. Overall, these systemic issues create a negative work environment that makes it hard to stay motivated or engaged. I would not recommend working here, especially if you're looking for professionalism, clarity, and respect in your career.
