Overall supportive staff and supportive senior. Atmosphere in office is good. Company provide the all safety things during kovid 19 like sanitizer, mask and gloves.

No any extra benefits, incentive, bonus and career growth is very slow and sallery package is less than compare to other companies in same Profession.

Likes

Some seniors are very supportive, which is the only good thing about the company. You can learn and work on any marking and coding machine on which you are comfortable to work upon. An individual can use this platform as career starter only.

Dislikes

Very low salary. No bonus. No incentives. No perks and benefits. Petrol reimbursement lowest in the market. No provident funds, if you request to deduct then both employee and employer deduction will be from your salary. If you leave the job then they will not give you relieving and experience letter. Service engineers have to come to office daily whether there is a call or not, first came to office then go to customer site even customer site is nearby your home. There is no any criteria for promotion once a service engineer always be a service engineer.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.Manager do not value an individual unique strengths, which is I take back on my suggestion most of the times.overall company are gud.
