I can't take my own holidays. They also treat me as a PhD. Student.

Currently I am working in GNEC, IIT Roorkee as a project Assistant. Here I manage all the site's work of Department of Physics and GNEC. There is a good facility to grow or learn without disturbing your office work.

Dislikes

Here is no job security.

Excellent teamwork. A healthy work environment. Very good work ethics. Comprehensive rules and regulations for handling students' and staff matters in all respects. A well defined hierarchical structure for decision making.

Dislikes

Remote location, lack of adequate knowledge of computer software, Enterprise Resource Planning and office automation. Poor knowledge of the English language and poor drafting skills in English at all levels. Insufficient knowledge of legal matters, across the Institute's spectrum.
