Good work environment and culture..they give good salary hike

No job security.salary is good but career growth is poor.there is a project contractual work.it has time limit of project so no job security.

Good work environment, best work life balance. Not tension work calm and freely, one may get promotions through internal or external exams

Dislikes

Salary is low, we have to look after lab equipments which may be costly , we will be responsible for it usually there is nothing to worry about that responsibilty. We have to be under professor.

You will have the liberty and luxury of exploring various ways of accomplishing your work and while doing so there is a possibility of innovation.

Sometimes less pressure makes a person complacent and it leads to lack of learning abilities in due course and which is not right.

the students, the food and the hustle culture

The Design Department where i worked is shit, rats were in my lab where i worked, the management keeps making excuses for anything and everything. all talk and no show.

No unnecessary overtime or extended working hours

Dislikes

Permanent position employees are safe there but no job security for contractual employees & no more benefits for them like leaves, medical facility or bonus.
