Nothing about to like here they just want to cut your salary.

...ng so I am here to tell you exactly what they will do to you if you joined them 1)- They will cut 25% of your salary from first month. 2)- So this 25% cut in your salary will go upto 4 months. 3)- And if you want to leave them and serve the notice period then they will hold your last month salary. 4)-You have to be ready to loose 2 month salary if you want to leave them. 4)- If you take leave and salary date is coming so they presume that you can leave them so they will hold that month salary and after 15 or 20 days they can release if HR mood is good otherwise you have to wait for the next month. Now coming to the next part - If they assigned you any work outside the campus so you have to go by your vehicle and they will not pay you a penny for the fuel you burn. Everything is pathetic.

POINTS TO BE NOTED- - Salary never on time and less according to market standards. - Mentor calling every week( All they want is money(fees), they will pressurerise you to call students and ask for fees otherwise they will hold your salary) - unnecessary workload (they never give you enough time to complete your task) - They will force you to do roaster duty which is nothing but chawkidari( In which hour you have to be a alert chawkidar otherwise they will hold your salary) -Somedays they will force you to work for extra hours but they will not pay you a single penny for that. -They will force you to get admissions and if you don't, they will hold your salary. So much of mental pressure. -They don't even allow you to take books on classroom, unnecessary paper work(course file), they do not provide chair for teaching faculty in the classrooms. - They do not focus on adacemics. - They believe quantity over quality. I can only suggest instead of joining this so called college try somewhere else. I wish there is a 0 rating option.

With great sadness, and I am asking to all, It's a big mistake by joining the Hostel warden job there. Mangment system is very useless. I cannot advise anyone to join there.

No any system, Do not give salary to the warden on time, The entire responsibility of the account lies with the warden. Senior Ives unnecessary pressure.

Team are supporting but they salary given time lots of excuse. Working experience are good am not given an excuse not any complain never take a leave.

IIMT Group of Colleges tortures its employees, the work culture is very poor, and HR is not there to help, they open college on the national holidays for the faculties and they force faculties to do the work of Academic Counselors in the Admission time and even make them do the telecaller job where faculty has to call 100-150 Students per day and invite them for college visit so that admission can be done, they make us lie about the placement where they provide almost zero placement to the students, the washroom is the biggest issue in the IIMT Group of Colleges, faculty has to use the dirty washrooms and their washroom looks like the public toilet and students have to suffer hygiene issues, their HR Policy only try to find a way to cut the employee Salary. so if you're thinking about joining IIMT, Please Don't.

Their HR is unfair, and in the IIMT Group of Colleges you have to wear a Saree on each Working Wednesday no matter if you like it or not and they cut the Salary if you don't wear it on Wednesdays.
