Likes

Students are hard working and brighter than the brightest.

Dislikes

One is always standing on their toes. The institute has a trimester culture and one is responsible for teaching and invigilation. There is a six days work week policy and leaves no room for holidays. Only eight casual leaves a year and no other benifits.
