Good institute to work for . Compensation is decent . Work environment is good too

Good place to work. I had a good time working here for six months. The owners Mr. Rai and family are very supportive . The location and infrastructure of the institute is good. The quality of students and faculty members is also good.

IILM offers benefits, tremendous exposure, and a professional culture. The infrastructure at IILM provides a sense of calmness. The constant learning culture is what I like the most about IILM.

Dislikes

The timings are very strict at IILM, and discipline is required for any ambition, but it becomes hectic at some point.
