Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

Dislikes

Inter disciplinary studies can be improved upon, right now students are limited to just 1 elective per semester from 3rd to 5th semester (both included). Also a lot of administrative work is still done on pen-paper, this could be moved online. Slightly restrictive city, public infrastructure is also lacking.

PDPM IIITDM JBP is a teaching institute. It is a IT enabled institute and offer B. Tech, M. Tech & PhD Program in Computer Electronics & Mechanical Engineering. It provides good work environment and better future for the students. I like training as well as teaching quality.

This is an MHRD funded as well as national importance teaching institute. I have learned a lot of things including programming languages and commercial software.
