No appreciation or appraisal for any work, No proper remuneration, the HR just tries to deduct money from your salary which is already like pennies compared to the market no proper appraisal on time, no proper reimbursement HR always tries to deduct money where possible seems that they want you to work for free even the salaries are late some time, there is no word as bonus in this company's dictionary
