Actual time is 9.30 to 5.30 but in reality we work 6.30 to 7.00 sometime 8:30pm. No respect for women employee. Sometime BM force to deviate the work if we said no for it bm will targets employee. Today i resign because of that type of manager.

It was great place to work comfortable and too spend the time with family also and done many customer services too .

Less employee benefit and the company give the opportunity but pay not comfortable so please provide that too otherwise no dislikes

Some seniors of the company, on giving resignation to a performer employee, remove him from the company by making any unsatisfied excuse. Reliving and FNF process is also so slow

Company help verry much in lockdown and after joining this company not forget me , company pay sallery time to time so it is good for me , I thanks to the company .

It's very employee friendly in terms of Salary, Benefits, Career Path. Skill development activities and learning is the Best part of this company. Job is highly secured!

Dislikes

No work life balance! Leave count is less. In field, maximum Sundays are working. They prefer all the meetings after workhour/holidays/Sundays. That's the only and only draw back of not only Samasta, for all Microfinance sector.
