Salary timing is good every month end it's credited. Thare is no photo punching in IIFL.

...roperly maintain dress code. 5. Full of politics in branch level. 6. Gossips 7. No salary increment every year. Only tm special people only get salary increment high others get bottom of the bottom . 8. No respect for staff. 9. No petrol allowance the bike is used for family purposes also. 10. TM using bike for family childrens also 11. Going outside branch purpose is our money only . 12. Grill gate most irritating. 13. Only one person doing gold appraisal 14. No one don't know about office circulars. 15. Branch managers don't know office culture and dress code. 16. Partiality is starting with branch manager. It's not gone end but iam ending my writing.

Nothing good about this company

Dislikes

Staffs are mostly undergraduate so can't expect good operations in branch they don't pay TA and other expenses they expect us to pay first then they gonna approve if they like or you gonna lose that money . Their targets are unbelievable for everyones b'day the branch is open from 8am to 8pm. And theirs much more ...mostly toxic people .. the don't care much about staff and customers they care about profits

Thats a good place where you actually feel like doing service not a servant. From logical goals to compensation and office timing, all very good. (Writing basis my tenure with IIFL till Mar 2020)

A bit uncertainty in policy, one at top level can change policy immediately without any proper communication.

Giving low salary and huge pressure over work load more than salary. Hieringe from compitition with huge salary but not giving them who are wintage and loyal to the company.

Owner mindset & culture & freedoms to take decisions and approval process much faster, ESOP declaration - that shows Sr management take care of each and every level of employee that is much appreciable & healthy, positive & accessible work culture to across the function .

Dislikes

Retention policy to control employees attrition, it’s is not minus points but it is workable point basics salary executive level to be work upon as per industry + inflation.
