I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

see sample Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes

Good work environment the management support transperent. There is a huge cafeteria and arcade for chilling company policies are good, Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Its a worst company. They dont pay salary. So dont join this company. They are cheat, fraud, bogus company. They will make you work 15 to 20 hours a day. They will not allow you to eat food, drink water or go to washroom.Its just worst than hell. Never ever join this fraud company.

At the time of interview they have giving me the deatils of job profile as "you have to work from branch, arrange customer for loan by calling, n all " after joining I get to know that they have appointed me for some MoHo team which they never told me at the time of interview, there is no branch, only field work, no place to sit, no place for work, only you have go through market meet people take selfies, its like only field work, and work pressure is high, manager will call you 4-5times a day asking to share live location and will ask about business its like they'll mentally pressurized to you. Actually its not a company fault its all depends on your reporting manager, how he handles the team and my manager was *****. I don't know how he was appointed in the organisation as he don't know how to handle a team, how to talk, his language was rough like villagers. When I joined the company I get to know that already 7-8 employees resigned in 2months because of his behaviour and I was 9th I guess. I only want to say that please clear all the things at the time of interview, because its not the company fault but its about the staff who is working.
