This is very bad company after lockdown. Cut salary, no response from seniors, every one has target to secure his job only, no respect to junior, very bad policy to sell home loan, every costumer is in problem,

This is very bad company. No respect to costumers, no respect to junior, every one has only one target to secure job only, no hr policy, every body is working according to his mood . If mood is good than costumers will be happy otherwise he has to suffer. If he takes loan from Iifl he will have to suffer for loan tenure.

Working environment was not good specially for my home branch where I was working. I worked and resigned within 3 months and no senior level person not even asked for my decision .Not only me others staff were also resigning from there post whenever the are getting any opportunity. Company profile was good, products were goods to sell in market but the local system was spoiling each and every thing
