Nothing good about this company

Dislikes

Staffs are mostly undergraduate so can't expect good operations in branch they don't pay TA and other expenses they expect us to pay first then they gonna approve if they like or you gonna lose that money . Their targets are unbelievable for everyones b'day the branch is open from 8am to 8pm. And theirs much more ...mostly toxic people .. the don't care much about staff and customers they care about profits

Thats a good place where you actually feel like doing service not a servant. From logical goals to compensation and office timing, all very good. (Writing basis my tenure with IIFL till Mar 2020)

A bit uncertainty in policy, one at top level can change policy immediately without any proper communication.

Giving low salary and huge pressure over work load more than salary. Hieringe from compitition with huge salary but not giving them who are wintage and loyal to the company.

...s, ideally it should not be, Self driven people must have freedom from all this. Salary Structure should be as per performance, Outsiders gets higher package and those who are working since long they are having less salary. Few Seniors are looks like they are our guardian and they understand our problems, But few seniors we we feel scared even to make a call

Salary criteria was good.

Dislikes

Work culture was too bad. No support from seniors and audit department always target the employees. They don’t provide the training to employees in any sector. Moreover, they always try to spoil the career of the employees as employees has to fight for FNF and relieving.
