...y business is 1.2crore..but no use ... Increment , incentives are only a dream. Deepavali bonus also first deducted employee salary then paid on deepavali.. Just a silly reasons company merge their branch's and misguide the customers...

there management very poor and seniors are so fools aneducated . They are not good treat staff and customers and all time misbehave to customers and staff members. That's why every one is give resignation.

Good Work environment and Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good ,appraisals are fair and they give good salary ,incentives and bonus every year

Dislike is nothing here . The thing is while in joining time Gold Appraiser don't have any Target but after joining they are told us also achieve target like CCE. That was little confused me. Need to improve the quality of training to New staff. Video training is not sufficient. Need to train them by sending some other branches. To learn more. Old staff are not ready to train new staff . . We know the work nature we already had work experience some other places. But need to train up new company. That's all . Other wise everything is good in nature.
