Good work environment the management support transperent. There is a huge cafeteria and arcade for chilling company policies are good, Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...wrost just they tell we follow u r IRA instructions not follow any hr policies *Please I'm requesting any employee before joining in iifl audit think once even if u get less salary also if u get another opportunity just join in tht but never enter to iifl

...ys treated as an outsider despite best efforts one can put in at a senior level. Huge salary cut even before pandemic and during pandemic too. laid off and termination appears to be normal. The assurances or terms agreed at the time of interview were not followed after joining. Lost confidence and mental peace.

Overall good, Great leaning opportunity , job security, excellent annual appraisal, little bit work pressure but can be managed.

Dislikes

Huge difference between CTC and in-hand salary, Diwali bonus is a part of CTC and Employer's pf contribution is also a part of CTC which results in low in-hand salary.
