As a top management they force us and our team to write good reviews about the company. You cannot exercise your power as an HR or any department head. There is extreme work pressure, no work life balance or flexibility. It's a fancy company to look at but it's run by 2 major people who are extremely money driven - the founder& ceo and The COO. They have good social media presence and make themselves lucrative only to be disappointed after joining. Please do not join this company for any role you are considering because it's the same everywhere across department.

The Organisation is fast-growing and moving in the direction of improving day by day. It is focused on providing the best possible education and creating skilled professionals for the digital marketing industry. It’s inspiring to see the collaboration between the departments and how everyone works together to make things better.

I regret to say my experience with [Institute Name] has been far from satisfactory, particularly in the Social Media department. The workplace culture is plagued by hierarchical politics, which often takes precedence over actual productivity. Promotions and recognition seem to depend more on favoritism and power games than on genuine merit or hard work. Adding to this, the supervisors show little to no consideration for their employees' emotional well-being. There’s a noticeable lack of empathy or effort to connect with team members on a personal level, which makes the work environment feel cold and unsupportive. To make matters worse, the workload has doubled since last year, with no corresponding adjustment in resources or support. This has led to burnout and frustration among many employees. The lack of understanding and flexibility from leadership further exacerbates the situation. Overall, while the work itself could be fulfilling, the toxic culture and lack of employee support overshadow any potential positives. If you’re considering joining the Social Media department here, I’d advise you to proceed with caution.

The best part of working at IIDE is no matter what is your work destination your work is always recognised by the top most person in the company. The person actually get fully nurtured after working here and have chance to learn a lot from peer and grow professionally and personally.
