Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

nothing...staff is good

Dislikes

internal politics created by the owner himself. No respect for employees. Salary credited on 17 th of next month. Dictatorship is observed. No family life balance. bad working environment. The owner uses your talent and once if you are done he terminates you. He uses your talent and secondly they pay leass and ask to work on many things. toxic life ...employees life is hell over here.
