Nothing to like in this company. Bad culture, bad people, no team work, no technical staff, company policies are nonsense, bosses and leaders in this company have no sense of leadership, vision of company are framed and hanged on wall as wall art.

Company growth is faster. It started with small industry & now it is MNC.

Dislikes

Employee growth not based on performance but based on your relation with your boss. Job not secure, every time you have to be in pressure of insecurity of job. Appraisal is also based on your boss not on your performance. No canteen.
