YOU'LL NEVER KNOW IF YOU WORK IN THIS COMPANY, ESPECIALLY WHO ARE WILLING TO START CAREER OR EXPERIENCED PERSON TO ENHACE KNOWLEDGE ON "Joining formalities & Induction, Time management, payroll management, compensation and benefits, Employee life Cycle, employee relations, HRSS, Statutory compliance, Exit process & Full n final settlement, HR policies." These are the core functions of HR. If you join this company you're no difference to a Tele caller in other words a customer care agent. All the time call the candidates and keep calling them. They'll have a track on how many calls you made a day. if you made less calls you'll be questioned. Minimum 180 calls per day which is just like customer care agent receive or Tele caller executive do in call center(BPO). you'll not even have privileged to be called as HR when you're not even performing a single HR function.
