I have worked with different companies but have never seen such a negative company and atmosphere.

Dislikes

...o increment No job satisfaction No leaves Working on Saturday and on holidays No compensation for overtime Management is controlled by the HR and few other people like puppets. No appreciation on any assignment or helping the company with good vendor.(Even when it's not in my JD). Getting genuine and great employees for the company but all left after noticing the toxic culture and management. Getting threatened to be terminated from the job. Work on government holidays Termination of 6 employees without any notice. The HR and one of the employee are in a relationship so they try to get rid of the people they don't like. The list is endless. In short will not recommend this company to anyone.

Complete Job Security, Proper Work balance with ethical business ethics, Job Satisfaction, Proper Leave policy, Timely appraisal and appreciation, and Freedom of work culture.

Dislikes

Nothing much but some employees do not deserve this type of organization which is more inclined toward employee welfare than anything, many times it is been noticed that some employees take the management for granted.
