my colleagues come from various cultural background, and we are work happly in collaboration.i also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

compensation is decent, but growth is slow.i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend clients call in the evening and some time late into the night.

It is a exelent job for me becuse blend with childrens easily no tentions. There is a good appriciation from Students and thier parents that grown or well know about the subject throught my teaching

No job security. Lesser salary. Daily 2 hours travelling.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
