No increment on time , unhealthy environment mentally, president & AGM , GM all are mental patients,even they have no manners how to talk,worlds third class HR, They don't follow any safety rule and totally unsafe work culture, they have priorities for work only they don't care employees,such a last quality management I never seen in my life

Lots of thing to learn. This company literally has each and every huge instrument/machine/vessel a mechanical engineer need to gains its knowledge for future growth. Nice food and travel facilities. Company is best for desk job.

Dislikes

...ways want you to forget about home and work for 12-15hrs with only single OT. The worst part is OT for engineers they only pay you single OT depending upon your basic salary which is definitely very much low.

Good exposure to fresher's. Good working culture.

In plant shutdown, you have to do forcefully 12 hrs duty in minimum compensation upto plant start up activity ( up to 1 month shutdown activity is planned).

Giving good salary. So many unique and complex equipments are here to learn but you don't have authority to learn about them.

No safety at all. No manager come to site to see the work only demand photos of work,most of work operate through WhatsApp in this company 🤣. More importance to fabrication. Engineers are doing checklists of pumps on daily basis which is technician job. Only some managers get skilled contract manpower for their work. Doens't have sufficient manpower in night shift to attain maintenance related work. Manager Doesn't have ethics of talking to employees. Not allow to go to home at 5pm,you should stay for few hours after your duty hours whether there is work or not. No personal life. No mechanical spares available. Very stressful job. Mechanical engineer don't have documentation work only have field work like fitter or helper.

Good job security, management is not transparent is biasing , appraisals are very poor , salary hike is veey low, salary hike is depend on relations not on talent

No system, no growth as per ability,seniority and knowledge, there is most importance for fabrication and its supervisory no importace to rotary equipment handling key personal. No salary appraisal as per experience, more packages for new joining personnel
