Everything, No labor law you have to work 30 days and if you take leave your salary will deduct and they can hold your salary any time and they can take fine from you for anything they want

There is nothing to like about the company. The work culture is very toxic. Always salary is been delayed,not on time. 6 days working,10am to 8pm No Saturday off No appraisal Sumit Choudhary who is the HR head - very big time f***k guy,who does not know about the HR domain, still working as HR head, It's not good place to work at this organisation.Also the directors & management take Sumit Choudhary's side HR is just puppet of Sumit Choudhary. Only recruitment is the work given to the hr with false commitments to the new joiners.

1. Job timing 10 to 7. Complete 9hrs and go. 2. Company expanding it's business day by day. 3. Only management is having growth mindset.

Don’t have anything to like in this company, you will be tortured, harassed, and never get help in your problems they just want to deduct your salary if you are doing good work or bad work.

Dislikes

Very unprofessional management, rules changes for everyone overnight, too much of partiality and favouritism, you will have to work as a slave and have to work whatever they tell you to do and if you deny you are thrown out of the company.
